Voici les cinq clauses de la charte sur les conf\u00e9rences telles qu\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9es sur le site de Patients Included\u2122, et les justifications de PxP :<\/p>\r\n

  1. Patients or caregivers with experience relevant to the conference’s central theme actively participate in the design and planning of the event, including the selection of themes, topics and speakers.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    PxP 2025 has been led by an international steering committee<\/a> of individuals with lived experience. The steering committee has been involved in all stages of the design, planning and implementation of the event through virtual monthly meetings and regular email correspondence. Every item included on the event program or in the resource hub has been selected by members of this steering committee or others with lived experience. We are also very grateful to the committee for their input on all elements of the event ranging from event name, tagline and logo design to recommended speakers.<\/p>\r\n

      1. Les patients et les soignants ayant de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les th\u00e8mes trait\u00e9s lors de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement prennent part2<\/sup> \u00e0 sa r\u00e9alisation et y assistent.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        Les personnes ayant une exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue sont incluses dans les discussions de groupe, les animations et les pr\u00e9sentations pr\u00e9vues au programme. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement s\u2019adresse principalement \u00e0 un public compos\u00e9 de patients partenaires, de soignants, de familles de patients et d\u2019autres personnes ayant une exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue. Nous l\u2019avons d\u2019ailleurs soulign\u00e9 sur le site Web de PxP et sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Toutefois, les cliniciens, les chercheurs et tous ceux qui s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la participation des patients sont aussi les bienvenus \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement; ils ne repr\u00e9sentent cependant pas le public cible.<\/p>\r\n

          \r\n
          1. Les frais de d\u00e9placement et d\u2019h\u00e9bergement des patients et des soignants dont la participation est annonc\u00e9e au programme doivent \u00eatre rembours\u00e9s en totalit\u00e9 avant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Des bourses3<\/sup> sont offertes par les organisateurs aux patients et soignants touch\u00e9s par les th\u00e8mes trait\u00e9s pour qu\u2019ils puissent assister \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement en tant que d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

            L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement est gratuit et ouvert \u00e0 tous. Le programme est offert enti\u00e8rement en ligne, ce qui permet d\u2019\u00e9viter les frais de d\u00e9placement et d\u2019h\u00e9bergement. Des honoraires sont vers\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les conf\u00e9renciers, animateurs et membres du comit\u00e9 directeur.<\/p>\r\n

              1. Des mesures d\u2019accommodement sont prises pour les participants pr\u00e9sentant un handicap4<\/sup>. Toutes les activit\u00e9s et les r\u00e9unions annexes et tous les ateliers et les points au programme doivent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9s pour les patients d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                Une attention particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation de l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019interface du site Web lors de son d\u00e9veloppement. De plus, le widget UserWay permet \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur de configurer plusieurs param\u00e8tres pour rendre l\u2019interface plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 toutes sortes de handicaps et de types de neurodivergence. Si une personne a besoin d\u2019aide suppl\u00e9mentaire, elle est invit\u00e9e \u00e0 communiquer avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de PxP, qui l\u2019assistera au mieux de ses capacit\u00e9s. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement se tiendra enti\u00e8rement en ligne sur la plateforme Zoom, qui permet de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un sous-titrage cod\u00e9 et d\u2019une traduction simultan\u00e9e en plusieurs langues. Les activit\u00e9s seront enregistr\u00e9es et pourront \u00eatre visionn\u00e9es apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement par les personnes qui ne pouvaient pas \u00eatre pr\u00e9sentes. Lors de leur inscription, les personnes participantes pourront signaler toute mesure d\u2019accommodement qui leur serait n\u00e9cessaire pour profiter pleinement de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de PxP fera de son mieux pour combler ces besoins le plus rapidement possible.<\/p>\r\n

                  1. La participation virtuelle est facilit\u00e9e5<\/sup> par une diffusion vid\u00e9o en continu gratuite offerte sur les plateformes disponibles.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                    Le programme est offert enti\u00e8rement en ligne et est donc adapt\u00e9 pour les participants assistant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement en direct gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la diffusion vid\u00e9o en continu, et ce, gratuitement. Les activit\u00e9s seront aussi enregistr\u00e9es et rendues disponibles sur le site Web de PxP apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\r\n
